A Chartered Physiotherapist is a highly qualified professional with extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology and expert skills in diagnosis, treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal injury and dysfunction. They use a variety of physical techniques to help your muscles, joints and nerves work to their full potential. Rehabilitation and retraining are key elements of the approach used by physiotherapists and our advice can also help you prevent problems returning or even happening in the first place. Physiotherapy is based on scientific research and the evidence that informs its practice is continually being updated and advanced.
