Being part of your community is important to all of us at Active Solutions and we are delighted to work with various partners here in the Ascot area. We are proud sponsors of The Charters Royals Netball Club, and support the activity of the players of the Sunningdale Bowling Club.
We actively support the charitable work of the Rotary Club Ascot and are current holders of the fastest women’s team of the annual Wheel Barrow Race in Sunninghill!
More recently we have established a working relationship with Bracknell Forest Local Authority, working to reduce falls of elderly patients and to understand what help can be provided within the community.

Liz Earle, our Specialist Pelvic Health Physiotherapist as well as Dr Natasha Kundi hosted a webinar on Thursday 18th October. Discussed was different types of symptoms and how different treatments can help. This is a useful webinar for any ladies 45 years or over who may be experiencing perimenopausal/menopausal symptoms or younger ladies who want to be prepared.
